They are traditionally crafted through a process of steam distillation or hydro-distillation, where the essence of the raw materials is extracted and blended with a base oil, such as sandalwood oil.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders across India. Your order will be delivered by our preferred shipping partners, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package has been dispatched.
No, you don’t need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest everytime.
However, by setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

Simply browse our collections, select the attars you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, where you can enter your shipping information, select a payment method, and complete your order.
Key in the voucher code at the field “Voucher Code” and click “Add” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved and billing and delivery address is verified. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account” if you are a registered user.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders within India are delivered within 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track the delivery status of your package.
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and to minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All sales are final. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”.
While we take utmost care in packaging, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@attmaya.com with your order details and photos of the damaged product. We will assist you accordingly.
